This role will focus on driving high-intent traffic, increasing product visibility, and boosting conversions across our eCommerce and retail ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SEO strategy, content optimization, and analytics, along with a strong understanding of premium consumer behavior and omnichannel retail performance.ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy & Organic GrowthDevelop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility, rankings, and revenue for luxury watch categories.Identify and target high-value, premium customer segments through keyword strategy and search intent mapping.Drive organic traffic growth across product pages, category pages, and editorial content.Retail & eCommerce OptimizationOptimize product listings, category pages, and brand pages to improve discoverability and conversions.Enhance SEO performance for multi-location retail stores and local search visibility.Improve multi-currency and international SEO performance for global audiences.Content & On-Page OptimizationLead content optimization initiatives including product descriptions, landing pages, and blog/editorial content.Ensure alignment between SEO, brand tone, and luxury positioning.Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-performing, search-optimized content.Technical SEO & AnalyticsAudit and improve technical SEO elements including site structure, page speed, indexing, and crawlability.Evaluate, configure, and enhance Google Analytics to capture actionable insights.Monitor key KPIs such as organic traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, and revenue attribution.Social & Performance IntegrationOversee organic social performance in alignment with SEO strategies.Collaborate with social and marketing teams to ensure content synergy across channels.Leverage insights from social engagement to inform SEO and content strategy.Reporting & Stakeholder ManagementProvide regular performance reports and actionable insights to management.Translate complex data into clear recommendations for business growth.Work closely with tech, marketing, and merchandising teams to drive SEO initiatives.Qualifications8+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong focus on eCommerce or retail (luxury preferred).Proven track record of driving organic growth and revenue through SEO strategies.Expertise in Google Analytics (implementation, configuration, reporting).Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Moz, or Conductor.Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy.Experience managing large, complex datasets and deriving insights.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website administration basics.Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with cross-functional teams.Required SkillsSEO strategy developmentContent optimizationAnalytics and reportingTechnical SEOCross-functional collaborationPreferred SkillsExperience in luxury retailProficiency in SEO toolsKnowledge of HTML and CSSPay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Equal Opportunity StatementJust In Time (JIT) is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
