Senior Marketing Manager – Nilkamal HomesNilkamal Homes is Nilkamal’s organized retail and home solutions brand, offering a curated range of furniture, mattresses, home décor and lifestyle solutions for modern Indian homes. Backed by Nilkamal’s strong legacy and trust, the brand is focused on building stronger consumer preference, expanding market presence, and driving growth through a retail. There are more than 70 Nilkamal stores in India, a combination of company and franchisee owned. Role PurposeThe Senior Marketing Manager will lead the marketing agenda for Nilkamal Homes with a strong focus on topline growth, retail footfalls, digital-led demand generation, brand health, and franchise lead generation.This role requires a marketer who can combine brand-building with business delivery, driving consumer demand, improving market visibility, strengthening brand salience, and supporting expansion priorities through integrated marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities1) Business & GrowthDrive the annual , quarterly and monthly marketing agenda aligned to business priorities. Lead initiatives that contribute to topline growth, customer acquisition, store productivity and demand generation. Partner with business, sales and retail teams to ensure strong alignment between marketing and commercial goals. 2) Digital-Led Demand GenerationLead digital-first marketing initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, enquiries and consumer consideration. Build strong consumer engagement across social, content, influencer and digital media touchpoints. Drive digital visibility and consumer pull in a way that supports both online engagement and offline business growth. 3) Retail Footfalls & Consumer PullDrive campaigns and activations to increase store walk-ins, enquiries and consumer interest. Lead local market interventions, tactical campaigns and visibility initiatives to improve retail traction. 4) Brand Building & CampaignsStrengthen brand salience, awareness, preference and consideration for Nilkamal Homes. Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, influencer, retail and on-ground touchpoints. Track and improve key brand health metrics through sustained marketing interventions. 5) Franchise Lead GenerationDrive focused marketing initiatives to generate quality franchise leads and support expansion. Build communication and outreach programs to position Nilkamal Homes as an attractive franchise opportunity. Work closely with the franchise / expansion team to support pipeline generation. 6) Stakeholder ManagementCoordinate with multiple internal stakeholders across sales, retail, franchise, category, merchandising, finance, e-commerce and leadership. Manage external partners including creative, media, digital, influencer and activation agencies. Ensure timely and high-quality execution across initiatives. 7) Team BuildingSupport the development of a strong and agile marketing team. Guide team members and agency partners to deliver with ownership, speed and business focus. Help strengthen internal capabilities across digital-first marketing, campaign execution and consumer engagement. 8) Planning & EffectivenessManage budgets with a focus on efficiency and business impact. Track campaign performance across sales impact, footfalls, enquiries, visibility, engagement and brand metrics.
