This role involves planning and executing events, activations, and PR initiatives to reach target audiences, build brand loyalty, and drive business growth.Roles and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and Execute Comprehensive Offline Marketing Strategies Develop and execute comprehensive offline marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness. Conduct market research and analysis to inform offline marketing strategies and tactics. Analyse competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats. Develop and manage offline marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of offline marketing efforts. 2. Plan and Manage Events, Exhibitions, and Activations Plan and manage events, exhibitions, and activations to drive customer engagement and lead generation. Develop and manage event budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources. Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and partners to support event planning and execution. Ensure effective event promotion and marketing to drive engagement. Analyse and report on event performance metrics to inform future event strategies. 3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and business development, to ensure alignment and coordination of offline marketing efforts. Develop and manage relationships with cross-functional team members to ensure effective collaboration and communication. Participate in cross-functional team meetings and discussions to ensure alignment and coordination of offline marketing efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns. 4. Develop and Manage Relationships with Vendors, Suppliers, and Partners Develop and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to support offline marketing initiatives. Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure effective allocation of resources. Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to support event planning and execution. Ensure effective communication and collaboration with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure successful offline marketing initiatives. 5. Analyse and Report on Offline Marketing Performance Metrics Analyse and report on offline marketing performance metrics, including event attendance, lead generation, and conversion rates. Develop and manage offline marketing dashboards and reports to inform future marketing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to Analyse and report on offline marketing performance metrics. Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for future offline marketing initiatives. 6. Manage and Allocate Offline Marketing Budgets Manage and allocate offline marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources. Develop and manage brand guidelines and standards to ensure effective brand management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and integrity. Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for future brand management initiatives. 8. Stay Up to Date with Industry Trends and Developments Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to ensure offline marketing strategies remain effective and innovative. Participate in industry conferences and events to stay current with industry trends and developments. Collaborate with industry peers and thought leaders to stay current with industry trends and developments. Collaborative and team-oriented mindset. Experience Minimum 8-12 years of experience in offline marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
