Influencer Portfolio ManagementManage 150–250 influencers with structured tracking systemsOwn performance dashboards (views, hook rate, sentiment, saves)Identify drop-offs and escalate underperformance2. Content & Trend IntelligenceDaily scanning of Instagram, YouTube, Reddit for trend signalsCreate weekly trend briefs for influencer cohortsSpot emerging hook formats before saturation3. Quality Control & Brand ComplianceEnsure alignment with brand tonality and claim guidelinesAudit influencer content for:Medical claim riskScript fatigueOver-repetitionPoor framing / low engagement hooks4. Automation & Process ScalingWork with ops to:Standardize onboarding flowsBuild automation triggersCreate content approval systemsReduce human error in trackingWho This Role Is For4–6 years of experience in influencer marketing/creator managementStrong communication skillsDetail-oriented and structuredComfortable managing multiple creators simultaneouslyData-aware and performance-focusedYou should be someone who:Can give clear feedback without damaging relationshipsUnderstands how content performs on Instagram & YouTubeMoves fast but thinks long-term
