We are now launching a new broking business within the Neo Group ecosystem — purpose-built for the serious, self-directed Indian trader who wants to trade smarter, not just more. This role is specifically for this new broking venture. You will be among the first to build the user communication and retention engine for a well-backed, high-conviction business starting from scratch. Role Overview We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will directly own lifecycle management and retention for our broking platform. You will ideate and build journeys for every drop-off stage in the user funnel — from onboarding and KYC through account funding and first trade — and shape the communication layer that keeps users engaged long after activation. This is not a brand or GTM role. You will live in the funnel. What You'll Do Lifecycle & CRM Map the full user funnel and ideate targeted journeys for every drop-off point — KYC, funding, first trade, and post-activation. Own end-to-end lifecycle management: onboarding, activation, engagement, and long-term retention. Build segmentation logic, trigger rules, and automation flows on CleverTap or MoEngage. Manage multi-channel campaigns across push notifications, WhatsApp, email, and SMS. Run A/B tests on messaging, timing, and channel mix — iterate relentlessly on performance data. Retention & Re-engagement Identify early churn signals and design proactive interventions before users disengage. Build win-back flows for dormant users grounded in investor behavior — not promotional noise. Define and own KPIs: activation rate, D7 / D30 / D90 retention, churn rate, and reactivation. Product Communication & Messaging Craft the messaging framework for each lifecycle stage — what we say, how we say it, and why it matters to the user at that moment. Translate product updates and new features into clear, benefit-led communication for existing users. Own the voice of the product across all CRM channels — ensuring every touchpoint is consistent, on-brand, and purposeful. What We're Looking For 2+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention — broking or fintech background is mandatory. Hands-on experience with CleverTap or MoEngage is a must — you should be able to build and manage flows independently from day one. Proven ability to run multi-channel campaigns: push, WhatsApp, email, and SMS. Strong copywriting skills — communication that feels personal, clear, and on-brand at every lifecycle stage. Analytical mindset — comfortable with cohort data, funnel metrics, and campaign performance reporting. Understanding of Indian investor behavior and SEBI communication compliance is a strong plus.
