Marketing ExecutiveExperience: 2–3 Years Location: On-site full time Role OverviewThe Marketing Executive will support the Social Media Manager and marketing leadership in executing day-to-day marketing activities including content coordination, review management, campaign execution, and communication marketing.This role requires strong coordination skills and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities1. Content Coordination● Assist in scheduling posts across social media platforms● Coordinate with:○ Designers○ Video editors○ Photographers○ Restaurant teams● Manage content calendarsShoot Coordination● Assist in organizing photo/video shoots● Coordinate:○ Shot lists○ Shoot schedules○ Location preparation● Ensure timely delivery of content assets3. Review Management● Monitor and respond to reviews across:○ Google○ Zomato○ Swiggy● Escalate customer complaints to management● Maintain review response templates4. Communication Marketing● Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns● Manage email marketing campaigns● Coordinate database segmentation5. Reporting● Prepare weekly and monthly reports for:○ Social media performance○ Campaign performance○ Review insights6. Internal Coordination● Liaise with restaurant managers to gather:○ Promotions○ Menu changes○ Event updatesRequired Skills● Good communication and coordination skills● Basic understanding of digital marketing● Familiarity with social media platforms● Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously● Strong written and spoken English communication skills● Ability to draft emails, review responses, and WhatsApp campaign messagesTools● Google Sheets● Meta Business Suite● Mailchimp / Zoho Campaigns - Email marketing● WhatsApp Business● Basic Canva knowledge
