We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to build and manage strong relationships with digital creators and influencers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential creators, coordinating collaborations, and ensuring smooth execution of influencer campaigns to support brand growth and engagement.Key Responsibilities:Identify, research, and onboard relevant content creators, influencers, and digital partners across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels.Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and influencer networks.Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns from outreach to execution.Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, and timelines with creators.Manage campaign communication and ensure creators deliver content as per brand guidelines.Track campaign performance and prepare reports on engagement, reach, and ROI.Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align campaign objectives.Maintain a database of creators and partnership opportunities.Stay updated with influencer trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or digital marketing.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Good understanding of social media platforms and creator ecosystems.Ability to manage multiple campaigns and relationships simultaneously.An analytical mindset with the ability to track campaign performance.Preferred Skills:Experience working with influencers or creator agencies.Knowledge of influencer marketing tools and campaign tracking.Creative thinking and understanding of digital content trends.
