Starcom is seeking a Marketing Director with deep expertise in paid media strategy across Google Ads and Facebook Ads (Meta). This job is designed for a commercially minded leader who understands how performance marketing drives revenue, shapes brand visibility, and supports long-term client growth. You will oversee paid acquisition strategy, guide a team of media specialists, and ensure structured execution across search, display, shopping, and social advertising ecosystems. This position requires both strategic oversight and strong operational judgment. Core ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Leadership Define and oversee cross-channel acquisition strategy across Google Ads and Meta platforms Set performance benchmarks, budget allocation logic, and measurement frameworks Ensure account structure integrity, targeting accuracy, and signal optimization Performance Oversight & Optimization Monitor campaign performance across search, display, YouTube, remarketing, and paid social Guide testing roadmaps for creatives, audience segments, bidding strategies, and funnel stages Translate data insights into commercial recommendations Team & Process Management Lead and mentor Paid Search and Paid Social specialists Establish quality control standards and reporting cadence Improve internal workflows to ensure efficiency and accountability Client & Stakeholder Communication Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders Align paid media activity with broader marketing and revenue objectives Experience & Qualifications7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity Demonstrated expertise managing large-scale Google Ads and Facebook Ads budgets Strong understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and analytics tools Experience with account structure strategy (MCC environments, segmentation logic, intent mapping) Ability to manage multi-market or multi-account portfolios Excellent analytical and communication skills What We OfferLeadership influence within a globally recognized agency network High-impact projects with international brands Collaborative, data-driven environment Competitive compensation package
