If you’re a Civil Engineer who loves tech as much as concrete, we’d love to meet you!ObjectivesStrategize, Implement and maintain initiatives that adhere to organizational digital objectivesMaintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality and performanceAct as single point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needsBuild and strengthen client relationships to achieve long term partnershipsOversee project teams and ensure client goals are reachedResponsibilitiesAccount ManagementUnderstanding client needs, business goals and defining vision and aligning stakeholders around the visionStay on top of project needs, making sure they’re receiving services that are meeting their needsAnalyse, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce project reports for management and stakeholdersGenerate progress reports to give to clients and within the organization with data analytics of the projectSupport the client team in preparation of review presentations for senior management (MD, CEO, CIO, Chairman).Digital Delivery ImplementationWork closely with stake holders, cross-functional teams and assigned project managers & site teams and gather data to incorporate in applicationGather customer feedback to further improve the appWork closely with backend team to create features that address customer needsCollaborate with client teams to get application implemented in project and on field for existing as well as new featuresIdentify and troubleshoot problems by conducting periodic customer review meets virtual/physically as per the need of the hour and go deep to solve problems at field levelHandle the user engagement with proper grooming, timely planning and executionTracks application use and impact on end usersBIM ImplementationOwn and manage the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and ensure adherence across teamsOversee receipt, tracking and approval of all BIM inputs and deliverablesDefine modelling standards, requirements and data structures across disciplinesReview discipline-wise and federated 3D models before client submissionEnsure effective inter-disciplinary clash detection strategy and guide resolution of critical clashesGenerate, track and manage issues and transmittals through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)Monitor critical and aging issues, ensure timely escalation and drive closure with responsible stakeholdersEnsure proper documentation, audit trail of all Digital Delivery-related communicationsReview and validate MSP schedule input prepared by the site teamEnsure timely planning and release of 3D and 4D deliverables based on input availability with high-quality outputs for progress monitoring, constructability reviews, and management presentations.Lead development of baseline, look-ahead and plan-vs-actual 4D simulations aligned with project controlsOversee model-based quantity extraction and reconciliation with BOQs and site requirementsSupport planning teams with reliable model-based data for cost forecasting and decision-makingCoordinate with site team to resolve any data discrepancies and ensure all Digital Delivery-related Power-BI dashboards are updated weekly with the latest project dataTraining & SupportConduct training programs and provide strategic guidance to site teams, design consultants, and internal teams on CDE and Technology processesAct as the single point of contact for all Digital Delivery-related matters with client site teams, head office and design consultantsRequired qualification, experience & skill set:Graduation in Civil Engineering with Post-Graduation in Management (MBA/PGDM) from an accredited institute with 7+ years of relevant work experiencePreference will be given to candidates with Post Graduation in Management.Program Management skills.Understanding of the construction processesInterested in technology and keeps with the current trends in technology spaceSelf-motivated and capable of working independently and managing multiple prioritiesGood communication skills, a team player and collaborator
