Role OverviewThis role will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through owned D2C channels and influencer-led marketing. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, creator partnerships, content, and commerce, and is critical to scaling brand presence and sales across digital platforms for Sports Nutrition, Beauty, and Health & Wellness categories.Key ResponsibilitiesD2C Performance MarketingOwn and optimize D2C growth across paid social, search, and affiliate channelsManage full-funnel performance including acquisition, conversion, and retentionOptimize landing pages, CRO, offers, bundles, and checkout experienceTrack and improve CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV, and conversion ratesInfluencer & Creator MarketingPlan and execute influencer strategies across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platformsIdentify, onboard, and manage creators, athletes, fitness experts, and beauty influencersDrive performance-led influencer campaigns including affiliate links, codes, and live commerceEnsure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and compliance normsContent & Campaign ExecutionCollaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and UGCExecute product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional calendarsRepurpose influencer content for paid ads and D2C channelsData, Analytics & OptimizationMonitor campaign performance and creator ROI on a daily/weekly basisBuild reports and insights to optimize spend, creatives, and creator mixTest new formats, platforms, and growth experimentsCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Brand, Marketplace, CRM, and Supply Chain teamsCoordinate with agencies, influencer managers, and production partnersSupport inventory planning by aligning demand forecasts with campaignsMandatory Qualifications4–7 years of experience in D2C performance marketing and influencer marketingHands-on experience managing paid media budgets and influencer campaignsExperience in Sports Nutrition, Beauty, or Health & Wellness categoriesStrong understanding of creator economics, affiliate models, and UGCPreferred QualificationsExperience scaling D2C brands with influencer-led growthFamiliarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Shopify, influencer platformsExposure to social commerce or live commerce is a plusKey Skills & CompetenciesPerformance-driven and data-oriented mindsetStrong influencer relationship and negotiation skillsCreative judgment with an eye for high-performing contentExcellent communication and execution abilitiesAbility to operate in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
