This role sits at the heart of that evolution.The OpportunityWe are looking for aSenior SEO Delivery Leaderto lead enterprise SEO programs forUS-based customers , while helping Pepper build afundamentally different SEO model :Less manual execution, moresystems and automation Less “SEO as a service,” moreSEO as a growth engine Less reactive delivery, morepredictable, scalable outcomesYou’ll work withlarge enterprise portfolios , shapehow SEO is delivered at scale , and partner closely withproduct, data, and AI teamsto operationalize SEO through technology. This is a leadership role for someone who understandshow SEO really drives revenue —and wants to build the future of it.What You’ll Do at Pepper1. Own Enterprise SEO Delivery (US Market) Leadend-to-end SEO deliveryfor large, complex enterprise clients (multiple brands, domains, and markets). Act as thesenior-most SEO ownerfor your portfolio—responsible for outcomes, not just execution. Ensure delivery quality that meetsUS enterprise expectationsacross strategy, communication, reporting, and impact.2. Build a Tech-Led SEO Growth Engine Partner with Pepper’sproduct, automation, and AI teamsto: Productize SEO workflows Reduce manual execution through automation Scale content + SEO decisions using data and intelligence Help define howAI-assisted content, SEO insights, and workflow orchestrationare embedded into delivery. Turn SEO from a service into arepeatable, scalable system .3. Strategic SEO Leadership Designenterprise-grade SEO strategiestied directly to business KPIs: pipeline, revenue, demand capture, and brand authority. Oversee: Technical SEO at scale (indexation, architecture, Core Web Vitals, migrations) Content-led SEO programs across categories and funnels Programmatic and long-tail SEO strategies where relevant Push beyond traffic metrics intocommercial and revenue impact .4. Client & Stakeholder Management Be thetrusted SEO advisorfor senior client stakeholders (CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Heads of Growth). Lead QBRs, annual planning, and long-term SEO roadmaps. Translate complex SEO concepts intoclear business narratives .5. Team & Delivery Excellence Lead and mentorsenior SEO managers, strategists, and specialists . Build delivery frameworks, QA standards, and playbooks to ensure consistency across enterprise accounts.
