As we scale, AdTech and monetisation infrastructure will be a core growth lever.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior AdOps professional who deeply understands the Video AdTech ecosystem and has hands-on experience managing ad operations across multiple ad servers and monetisation stacks.This role will drive end-to-end ad delivery, optimisation, yield management, and platform integrations across Bullet’s app ecosystem.You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where speed, ownership, and experimentation matter.Key Responsibilities1. Ad Operations ManagementManage end-to-end campaign setup, trafficking, QA, optimisation, and reportingEnsure accurate delivery across video, display, rewarded, and in-app ad formatsMonitor campaign pacing, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation2. Ad Server & Platform ManagementHands-on experience with multiple ad servers such as:Google Ad Manager (GAM)DV360AdMobAppLovinMeta Audience NetworkOther SSPs / DSPsManage programmatic integrations and mediation layersHandle VAST, VPAID, OpenRTB integrations3. Video AdTech ExpertiseStrong understanding of:Video ad formats (Pre-roll, Mid-roll, Rewarded, Bumper)Server-side vs client-side ad insertionSDK integrationsWaterfalls vs header biddingWork closely with product and engineering to improve fill rate, CPM, and overall yield4. Revenue & Yield OptimisationAnalyse inventory performance and optimise eCPMDrive revenue growth through A/B testing of placements and formatsIdentify demand gaps and recommend new monetisation partners5. Reporting & AnalyticsBuild structured reporting dashboards for revenue, fill rate, viewability, CTR, and completion rateReconcile revenue across SSPs, DSPs, and internal systemsWork closely with finance for revenue tracking and audits6.
