The ideal candidate will drive strategy, content execution, audience growth, and engagement across multiple social platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), Snapchat, TikTok, and emerging platformsPlan and manage content calendars aligned with movie releases, celebrity moments, award shows, events, and trending topicsOversee daily posting, captions, hashtag strategies, and audience engagementIdentify viral trends, reels formats, short-form video concepts, and entertainment news opportunitiesLead short-form content strategy for Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Snapchat SpotlightCoordinate with designers, video editors, and writers to deliver high-quality, engaging contentTrack performance metrics (reach, engagement, watch time, growth rate) and optimize content strategyManage brand collaborations, influencer tie-ups, and sponsored content executionHandle real-time content during breaking news, film promotions, celebrity appearances, and red-carpet eventsEnsure consistent brand tone, storytelling style, and visual identity across platformsActively engage with followers, manage DMs, comments, and build communityRequired Skills & Qualifications4+ years of experience in social media management (Entertainment industry preferred)Strong understanding of Bollywood, OTT content, celebrity culture, and fashion trendsHands-on experience with short-form video content across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and SnapchatStrong copywriting skills in English (Hindi knowledge is an advantage)Experience with analytics tools, Meta Business Suite, and platform insightsUnderstanding of platform algorithms and content optimization techniquesAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentCreative mindset with strong trend-spotting abilityPreferred QualificationsBackground in Mass Media, Journalism, Marketing, or CommunicationExperience managing high-follower entertainment pagesWhat We OfferWork closely with leading entertainment and fashion brandsExposure to Bollywood events, celebrity collaborations, and industry campaignsCreative, energetic work cultureGrowth opportunities in digital content and media strategy
