Dedicated to balancing consumer and business performance, Commix operates at the intersection of creativity, data, and technology.Role Description We’re looking for a rockstar specialist to support the growth of our Commerce D2C Advertising business acrossPerformance Media, Website CRO, and Customer Lifecycle Management .You’ll work hands-on in driving and optimizing the site experience, running paid campaigns, and setting up lifecycle journeys to improve conversion and repeat purchase. Ideal candidates should havereal exposure to running D2C media and/or eCommerce ops(even if at a smaller brand).Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing Execute and optimize Commerce Campaigns on Meta,Google and Amazon Monitor ROAS/CAC/ ACOS, manage budgets, creative testing, audiences, retargeting ·Weekly performance reporting, insights and dashboards for KPIs. CRO Support website build/management (Shopify/ Others): collections, PDPs, landing pages, promos, tracking basics Improve conversion: UX fixes, merchandising, offer placement, A/B test ideas Work with GA4/Shopify dashboards, basic event tracking understanding Repeats and Retention Set up and manageEmail/WhatsApp/SMSflows: welcome, browse/cart abandon, post-purchase, win-backs Maintain calendar campaigns, segmentation, basic personalization Track repeat rate, revenue from CRM, unsubscribes, deliverability hygieneRequirements 1–3 years experience inD2C eCommerce Performance Marketing/ CLM Hands-on exposure toMeta Ads + Google Ads + Amazon(at least 2 of them) Experience with Email marketing engines Worked on eCommerce Website Ops with understanding of eCommerce metrics Strong on Excel/Sheets, clear communication, execution-first mindset Good to have: An Educational background in Tech or Maths is preferred Great collaboration and communication skills with an ambition to dominate the eCommerce landscape in future A panache or “keeda” for trying out fresh ideas, new spaces and experimentsGood to Have Experience in a D2C brand where you’ve seenend-to-end performance(creative → landing → conversion → retention) Familiarity withWhatsapp Tools/ WebEngage / MoEngage Basic understanding of pixels, catalog feeds, UTM hygiene Basic understanding of Amazon ecosystem Basic understanding of the eCommerce Funnel and Creative RequirementsThis profile is open to only people who are based out of Mumbai and can travel to our office at Ghatkopar West, Mumbai on a regular basis.
