Marketing Manager – Pure Nutrition (Mumbai)Full-time | Work from Office | Andheri (East)Pure Nutrition is looking for a Brand-Building Marketing Leader with a proven track record of scaling consumer wellness brands—preferably from top nutraceutical, ayurveda, health supplement, or FMCG competitors.If you have built brands from scratch or scaled them aggressively using ROI-driven marketing, both online (D2C, marketplaces, performance marketing) and retail (ATL/BTL/trade marketing), this role is for you. What You Will Lead1. Brand Building & Growth StrategyBuild Pure Nutrition as a trusted premium nutraceutical brand in India & international markets.Apply experience from competitor brands to accelerate Pure Nutrition’s brand equity, recall and retail presence.Create a unified brand voice across packaging, communication, influencers and retail touchpoints. 2. ROI-Driven Marketing (Online + Retail)Develop performance-first marketing systems with clear CAC, LTV, ROAS and offline ROI metrics.Drive growth across:Pure Nutrition D2C websiteAmazon, Flipkart, healthcare marketplacesRetail visibility, in-store branding, pharmacy activationsLead agency partnerships for digital ad buying, creatives, influencer collaborations and retail marketing.   3. Campaigns, Content & CommunicationDesign consumer-led campaigns for immunity, wellness, anti-aging, women’s health, kids’ nutrition and other verticals.Create storytelling-based marketing that converts: product launches, reels, testimonials, education-based content.Oversee photoshoots, videos, packaging creatives and brand guidelines.4.
