Designation - Performance Marketing ManagerGrade - Deputy ManagerYears’ Experience - 4-8 yearsLocation - Mumbai (MIDC, Andheri)HDFC securities is one of the leading stock broking companies in India and a subsidiary of HDFC Bank, a renowned private sector bank.We are currently enhancing and scaling these platforms even further to continue to delight our valued customers.If this sounds exciting to you, come join us!Roles and responsibilities: -Leads the paid acquisition channels for effective and targeted monthly numbers.Devise roadmaps and manage execution of Paid projects like App campaigns in Google, Meta, Ad networks, Google search, performance max etc.Create monthly strategies to steer the campaigns based on performance and market conditions to achieve the monthly targets.Reviewing the entire conversion funnel metrics and data points to improve the conversion rates.Responsible for getting the right ads, creative assets and landing page for campaign optimisation.Manage agency and partner network for creatives and compliance approval.Publishing of daily reports and insights to the team.Planned monthly reports to be published for stakeholdersRegularly review existing content and creatives for optimisation.Providing top level insights on current performance and identifying opportunities for scale.Sharing daily campaign and performance updates with the team.Keeping up to date with latest trends in paid campaign and working on beta projects sponsored by Google and Meta.Qualifications and Skills:4-8 years’ experience in Biddable media in particularly BFSI sector.A thorough understanding of the paid biddable media landscape, and a desire and ability to learn and absorb new skillsFamiliar with common industry tools: Google Adwords, Meta, DV360, GA, Appsflyer etc.Logical and analytical thinkingExcellent English (written and spoken) & communication skillsProactive, driven, analytical, commercially focused individualHighly motivated and hard working with strong attention to detail
