We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager (D2C)Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Brand: INTO IT Salary: ₹70,000–₹75,000/month (fixed)INTO IT is a fast-growing Men’s skincare brand looking for a hands-on E-commerce Manager to manage and scale our online sales operations.What you’ll do: Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement platform-specific strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to strengthen brand presence and drive conversions. Content Creation & Curation: Plan and create high-quality posts, reels, and stories that reflect a premium, clinical, and aspirational aesthetic. Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a loyal digital community. Influencer Collaborations: Identify and manage partnerships with grooming, lifestyle, and skincare influencers. Trendspotting: Track global Men’s skincare and grooming trends and adapt them into innovative content. Campaign Execution: Plan and execute product launch campaigns, seasonal promotions, and collaborations. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs and provide monthly insights to optimize strategy. What we are looking for:3–4 years of experience in social media/digital marketing, preferably in skincare, grooming, fashion, or lifestyle. Proficiency with Canva, CapCut/Adobe Suite, and social scheduling tools. Strong copywriting and aesthetic storytelling ability. Passion for men’s grooming and lifestyle trends with an eye for detail. Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup culture.
