Hiring Alert: Marketing ManagerPosition: Marketing ManagerLocation: Dahisar East, Mumbai.Experience Required: Must have 5 to 10 years of experience in Interior Fitouts/Civil/Real EstateKey Responsibilities: Will be responsible for planning and tracking the budget of their entire department, one segment, or an individual marketing campaign.Developing marketing strategies: Create and implement marketing plans, policies, and strategies to help achieve business goals. This includes identifying new markets and developing plans to enter them. Managing marketing campaigns: Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including planning promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries and staffing. Analysing performance: Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and optimize to ensure a ROI. Creating content: Develop and manage content and promotional material for use over a variety of channels. This includes creating engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels. Communicating with stakeholders: Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding marketing campaigns. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams. Managing budgets: Plan a budget, evaluate campaign expenditure and estimate potential sales. Leading a team: Direct the hiring and daily activities of advertising, promotions, and marketing staff.
