The role requires a balance of paid performance campaigns and organic social media growth, with Instagram as the primary platform.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (primarily Instagram).Manage Instagram growth, engagement, and content performance.Monitor campaign metrics such as reach, engagement, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.Coordinate with creative/content teams for ad creatives and posts.Support marketing activities on other social media platforms as required.Analyze performance data and share actionable insights.Mandatory Experience / Requirements2–4 years of experience in performance marketing and social media marketing.Strong hands-on experience with Instagram ads and organic growth.Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager.Good analytical and reporting skills.Clear understanding of social media trends and audience behavior.
