Performance Marketing Manager

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with strong hands-on experience in real estate lead generation and ecommerce performance campaigns. The role requires a data-driven mindset, strategic thinking, and solid execution capabilities across paid media and SEO.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platformsDrive high-quality lead generation for real estate projects (2BHK, luxury, site visits, inquiries)Manage ecommerce performance campaigns with a focus on ROAS, conversions, and scalingDevelop and monitor media plans, budgets, and performance forecastsAnalyze campaign data to improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion ratesCoordinate with creative and content teams for high-performing ad creativesImplement and oversee SEO strategies (on-page, basic technical SEO, keyword planning)Track performance using tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta PixelPrepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for internal teams and clientsRequired Skills & Experience3–5 years of experience in performance marketingProven experience in real estate lead generation campaignsStrong understanding of ecommerce funnels and conversion optimizationHands-on expertise in Google Ads & Meta AdsWorking knowledge of SEO fundamentals (on-page, keywords, content alignment)Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbersAbility to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneouslyGood to HaveExperience with landing page optimisationFamiliarity with CRM integrations for lead trackingExperience working with agencies or multiple client accountsKnowledge of automation tools or performance dashboardsWhat We’re Looking ForSomeone who:Thinks in ROI, not just impressionsUnderstands both strategy and executionCan independently own campaigns end-to-endHas strong problem-solving and optimization skills
