Build mechanisms for continuous employee feedback and implement action plans. Drive employee engagement surveys and implement action-oriented plans. Create a consistent and memorable employee lifecycle experience (onboarding to exit).Organizational DevelopmentPartner with leadership to design scalable structures as the company grows.Improve cross-functional collaboration, communication, and leadership effectiveness.Facilitate change management for new processes, business units, or digital tools.HR Operations, Compliance & PoliciesOversee payroll, attendance, HRMS, and all core HR operations.Ensure HR processes are compliant with labor laws and industry standards.Regularly update and streamline HR policies to support a dynamic work environmentSkillsStrong understanding of HR strategy, organizational design, and HR best practices.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling digital organization.Deep experience in recruiting and developing digital/marketing/tech talent.High EQ with a people-centric yet business-first mindset.
