About EarthfulEarthful is a VC funded, FMCG company focused in the health and wellness space. We recently featured on Shark Tank India, and are on a mission to build India’s most trusted clean-label wellness brand.The founders (Sudha Gogineni and Veda Gogineni) are graduates from IIT Kharagpur and ISB with a multitude of experience across multinational companies & startups, such as Uber, Meesho, Deutsche Bank, ITC.Earthful is an early stage startup and hence the candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the founders. We are looking for a candidate passionate about scaling a startup.We are looking for someone with a high sense of ownership & creativity, in handling content strategy, branding campaigns and marketing efforts for Earthful across different platforms.Position: Full-time onlyLocation: Full-time, Mumbai or Hyderabad OfficeRoles and Responsibilities:- Ability to generate & analyse Consumer insights to improve Brand positioning - Ability to run Branding campaigns end to end, including developing value proposition, creative communication, media distribution and tracking campaign ROI - Having a creative eye for unique marketing & branding concepts & passionate enough to take it to fruition, in the most cost-effective way - Coordinating with external agencies & internal teams to prepare creative briefs and media plans for campaigns while ensuring that brand guidelines are effectively followed - Leading a team, setting goals and tuning them to give their best performance - Conducting market research to stay up-to-date with consumer trends and preferences - 360 degree ownership of content calendars across multiple channels- Social media (Paid, Organic), Email, Whatsapp etc. - Monitoring key metrics across campaigns to ensure effectiveness - Evaluating the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats to the brand. - Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in branding and marketingSkill sets:- 2+ years of experience in a similar field - Prior experience in Content Strategy or Content Writing is preferred. - Passionate about any creative skill eg: Graphic designing/Video editing/ Videography/Photography,etc. - Creative aptitude in Visual design - Good Communication skills - written and verbal. - Strong MS office knowledgeBe a part of Earthful’s Family!@ /earthful.me/@/company/earthfulme/
