Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Influencer Strategy & Selection: - Identify, research, and vet potential influencers across platforms, aligning with brand goals and audience segments. - Partnership Development & Negotiation: - Lead influencer outreach, build partnerships, negotiate contracts, and finalize deliverables to ensure mutually beneficial collaborations. - Campaign Execution & Management: - Oversee and ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns—from onboarding to content delivery and post-campaign analysis. - Relationship Management: - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and creator networks to foster trust and loyalty. - Performance Monitoring & Analytics: - Track and monitor live campaigns, ensuring deliverables are met and performance metrics are in line with KPIs. Compile reports, engagement data, and campaign insights. - Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work closely with creative, brand, and strategy teams to align influencer content with overall marketing objectives. - Industry & Trend Analysis: - Stay up to date with platform updates, creator trends, and emerging opportunities to keep campaigns fresh and culturally relevant. - Reporting & Presentations: - Prepare campaign reports, presentations, and case studies that showcase campaign impact and learnings.Qualifications & Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing or digital partnerships, preferably in a fast-paced media or agency environment. - Proven ability to lead influencer campaigns from ideation to execution. - Strong negotiation skills and experience in influencer contract management. - Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. - Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of influencer marketing metrics and tools. - Passionate about content, social platforms, and digital culture.
