Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand, business, and growth goalsPlan monthly and quarterly content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)Identify content themes, campaigns, and formats that drive engagement and trustOversee creation of platform-specific content including posts, reels, carousels, videos, and storiesCollaborate with content writers, designers, video producers, and subject matter expertsEnsure all content aligns with brand voice, compliance guidelines, and quality standardsWrite and review captions, scripts, and CTAs with strong storytelling and clarityOwn day-to-day handling of all social media platformsMonitor comments, DMs, and community engagement; ensure timely and brand-aligned responsesStay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practicesTrack, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions)Use insights to optimize content, formats, posting schedules, and campaignsShare regular performance dashboards and actionable insights with stakeholdersExecute launches, campaigns, and special initiatives (product, content series, events)Coordinate paid amplification in collaboration with performance marketing teams (if applicable)Identify influencer, collaboration, and partnership opportunities where relevantEnsure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements, especially for finance-related contentMaintain content approvals, documentation, and platform hygieneExperience & Skills:5 to 10 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts in finance domain Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and analytics toolsExcellent written communication and storytelling skillsAbility to interpret data and translate insights into content improvementsExperience working with designers, video teams, and cross-functional stakeholdersOrganized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple timelines
