Position Summary & ScopeThe Regional Head of Agency Relationship and Trade Marketing will be responsible for driving revenue growth and deepening strategic partnerships with media agencies in the region. It plays a critical role in championing product evangelization, generating high-quality briefs and enabling solution-led conversations with agency partners ensuring BCCL’s products, innovations, and integrated solutions are effectively positioned and promoted across regional agency networks.Areas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas)- Regional Agency Revenue Delivery: Own & drive regional agency revenue & business KPI delivery in collaboration with the regional sales and function heads. - Stakeholder Mapping & Sales Enablement: Develop & maintain detailed stakeholder mapping for each agency to improve access, engagement, and influence. - Build Strong Regional Relationships: Develop & leverage existing ties with regional media agencies to foster a relationship-based organization and drive regional revenue growth. - Trade Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute targeted trade marketing plans to drive adoption of BCCL offerings & generate business opportunities. - Agency Activations: Plan and execute regional roadshows, workshops, and partner activations to enhance engagement and print media advocacy. - Briefs & Conversion Management: Connect with agency stakeholders to generate high-quality business briefs & track funnel metrics to optimize conversion. - Team Leadership: Mentor and lead trade marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. - Collaboration: Ensure seamless internal coordination between sales, solutions, commercial and agency teams on cross-functional initiatives.Qualification and Experience- Postgraduate degree in Management (Sales & Marketing). Skilled in client servicing, media sales, data analytics, presentation & communication skills. - 12+ years in agency client servicing or media sales roles, with proven experience in print media or related industries.
