Performance Marketing ManagerExperience: 4–5 years Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)/Remote Availability: Immediate⸻About the Role We are looking for a performance-driven digital marketer with strong hands-on experience in managing lead-generation campaigns across Google Ads and Social Media platforms. The ideal candidate has experience working within the education sector, understands the full funnel from awareness to enrollment, and possesses a solid working knowledge of SEO to complement paid growth efforts.You will be responsible for accelerating the student acquisition engine for one of our clients through data-led optimization, experimentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.⸻Key Responsibilities • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) focused on lead generation and conversion. • Manage Social Media advertising across Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to drive qualified inquiries. • Define targeting strategies, audience segmentation, ad copy creation and landing page alignment to maximize campaign performance. • Monitor daily budgets, pacing and bidding strategies, ensuring efficient cost-per-lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS). • Perform A/B tests on creatives, keywords, landing pages and funnels to improve conversion metrics. • Set up proper conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel) to measure campaign effectiveness and attribution. • Conduct performance analysis and present insights using dashboards, weekly reports and monthly reviews. • Leverage SEO best practices to enhance landing page experience, improve organic visibility and contribute to long-term search growth. • Collaborate with content, design and sales teams to strengthen messaging, reduce lead leakage and improve MQL-to-enrollment conversions. • Stay updated with platform changes, competitor activity, and new opportunities within education marketing.⸻Required Skills & Experience • 4–5 years of performance marketing experience, preferably in the education industry. • Proven track record of lead generation campaigns with measurable impact on business growth. • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager. • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals (keyword research, on-page optimization, content collaboration). • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, UTM frameworks and reporting tools. • Ability to manage large budgets and optimize campaigns toward ROI & CPL goals. • Experience with CRM / Lead management systems (HubSpot, Zoho, LeadSquared etc.) for funnel tracking. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.⸻Nice to Have • Experience in marketing for universities, training institutes or online learning brands. • Knowledge of automation workflows, remarketing funnels and drip nurturing campaigns. • Basic understanding of landing-page CRO and website behavior tools (Hotjar, Clarity, etc.)
