We serve a wide range of industries and bring together global best practices with deep local market expertise to deliver flexible, scalable staffing solutions.Job Summary:We’re looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in generating qualified B2B leads and supporting sales growth. You’ll identify potential clients for our workforce solutions (staffing, RPO, payroll, talent advisory) and own our NPS (Net Promoter Score) program to improve customer experience through actionable insights.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation- Identify and research potential B2B clients across industries. - Generate high-quality leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms. - Qualify prospects and hand them over to the sales team. - Work with sales and marketing to improve lead quality and conversions. - Maintain CRM updates, track campaigns, and share weekly/monthly reports. - Stay updated on industry trends and meet monthly KPIs.NPS & Customer Feedback- Run quarterly NPS surveys and analyse customer feedback. - Share insights, track trends, and coordinate with regional teams on follow-ups. - Use NPS learnings to improve targeting and qualification strategies.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field. - 3-5 years of B2B lead generation experience (HR/staffing preferred) - Experience with NPS or customer feedback programs. - Familiarity with CRM and lead gen tools (LinkedIn Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, etc.) - Strong communication, research, and analytical skills. - Ability to multitask and work independently.Preferred Skills:- Experience generating leads in HR or workforce solutions. - Understanding of Indian industry sectors (IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, etc.) - Knowledge of email automation tools (Outreach, Apollo, Woodpecker) - Understanding of customer journey mappingKey KPIs:- Number of qualified leads generated per month/quarter - Lead-to-opportunity and lead-to-customer conversion rates - Engagement rates (open rates, response rates) - Campaign ROI and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) - NPS response rate and score improvement over time - Volume and quality of customer feedback collected - % of detractors followed up within SLA - Insights delivered to sales teams from NPS data
