We are expanding our marketing team and seeking a Digital Marketing Executive who can help strengthen our online presence, engage our audience, and drive patient acquisition.Position Overview The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing Luma Fertility Clinics’ digital marketing strategies across various online platforms. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and an understanding of sensitivity around fertility-related communication. The ideal candidate will be skilled in content creation, social media management, performance marketing, and digital analytics.Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube. Manage end-to-end performance marketing initiatives focused on lead generation and patient acquisition. Develop targeted marketing funnels to improve patient enquiries and conversions. 2. Social Media Management Manage, grow, and engage Luma Fertility Clinics’ social media communities. Create and publish high-quality content that is empathetic, informative, and aligned with brand guidelines. Monitor trends, conversations, and opportunities for brand visibility. 3. Content Creation & Management Collaborate with medical and marketing teams to develop content for blogs, email newsletters, landing pages, and educational campaigns. Ensure all content adheres to industry regulations and sensitive communication standards within the fertility sector. 4. SEO & Website Optimization Optimize website pages for SEO and improved user experience. Manage and update web content regularly. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis. 5. Analytics & Reporting Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM tools, and advertising dashboards. Use insights to improve ROI, lead quality, and brand engagement. Maintain dashboards for weekly and monthly performance reviews. 6. Collaboration & Brand Building Work closely with the clinical team, patient coordinators, and external agencies. Support offline marketing activities, events, webinars, and patient education programs. Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.·Build and grow an engaged community across digital platforms. ·Drive community engagement through events, discussions, and activation programs. ·Foster strong relationships with members, ambassadors, and partners. ·Monitor conversations, respond to queries, and ensure a positive community environment. ·Create community-driven content and communications (updates, newsletters, posts). ·Track community metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and retention.Required Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or service-based industries. Technical Skills Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console). Strong understanding of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Data Studio, CRM dashboards). Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, etc.). Experience with Canva or other design tools is a plus. Soft Skills Empathy and sensitivity in communicating about fertility-related topics. Strong communication and storytelling abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
