The role involves developing and executing strategic brand marketing plans to enhance awareness and engagement. The candidate will oversee social media platforms, create and implement content strategies, optimize social media channels (SMO), and analyze campaign performances to drive growth. Strong collaboration across teams and consistent communication with stakeholders will be key responsibilities in combination with supporting the company's vision for innovative and high-impact food and beverage brands.QualificationsProficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) Strong skills in Writing and developing engaging Content Strategies Excellent Communication skills to interact with teams, stakeholders, and audiences effectively Experience in analyzing digital marketing metrics and using data to inform decisions Creativity, adaptability, and deep understanding of current social media trends and brand storytelling Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred Experience in fmcg is an added advantage
