Social Media Manager

We are looking for a talented go-getter who can think out-of-the-box for creating impactful Social Media Strategy. A person who does not shy away from experimenting and can visualise & create designs which are in trend and aligned with the future of the clients journey, will get an opportunity to be a part of our core team.What we are looking for- A creative thinker who is willing to think out of the box - Is well versed with the design tools and is aware of the latest trends and styles - Has the ability to collaborate with team members and can articulate ideas and is confident to present the same.Key Responsibilities- Understand client’s brief and deliver designs as per their brand guidelines - Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets - Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media - Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends - Design groundbreaking ideas for day-to-day tasks, company services and product presentations and client pitch decks - Make confident design decisions, and be supportive in helping others develop their ideasSkills Required- Qualifications - Degree (or equivalent) in Media, or related field - At least 1-2 years’ Digital Marketing experience, with a focus on branding and brand building - A proven track record of creative idea generation and development - An ability to think strategically with knowledge of marketing principles and how they impact design - Strong presentation, organisational and time management skills - Fluency in English - A keen ability to work with and motivate others on the team - Confident, results-oriented, hands-on, and self-motivated - Knowledge in design software.
