This is a full-stack Instagram creator role — you’ll strategize, shoot, edit, publish, analyze, and repeat. If you understand how to grow a page from 0 → 20k, love dining out, and obsess over what makes a Reel go viral, you’ll thrive here.You’ll work closely with the CEO to shape Nomigo’s brand identity, lead content creation across Instagram, LinkedIn and manage our two high-impact community programs: the Campus Ambassador Program and the Founding Tastemakers Club.This role is ideal for someone hands-on, fast-moving, and deeply passionate about storytelling, social media, and food culture. You should be comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, excited to experiment, and ready to take ownership in a high-growth startup environment.Key Responsibilities1. Content Strategy & Creation- Own Nomigo’s end-to-end Instagram strategy — concept → shoot → edit → publish. - Build concise, high-quality 20–30 second dining reels that highlight real restaurant experiences and the Nomigo app. - Create carousels, static posts, stories, and BTS content using Canva or similar tools. - Maintain a structured content calendar on Notion and ensure timely execution. - Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and algorithms to design innovative, high-performing campaigns. - Support personal branding content for the leadership team.2. Influencer & Creator Collaborations- Identify and collaborate with food, lifestyle, and micro-influencers relevant to Nomigo. - Plan content shoots with creators and ensure smooth coordination during visits to restaurants. - Drive UGC campaigns to build authenticity, community trust, and organic reach.3. Social Listening & Engagement- Monitor comments, DMs, and brand mentions across social platforms. - Actively engage with followers and relevant food communities to foster loyalty. - Collect user insights and translate feedback into actionable recommendations.4. Analytics, Reporting & Iteration- Track and analyze performance of reels, posts, stories, influencer collaborations, and community programs. - Measure KPIs like reach, engagement, retention, follower growth, and click-throughs. - Analyze what worked vs. what didn’t and refine the content strategy accordingly. - Prepare monthly reports for the CEO and product team with clear action points.5. Community BuildingCampus Ambassador Program- Recruit, onboard, and manage ambassadors across Mumbai colleges. - Create content briefs and weekly playbooks to drive downloads and campus buzz. - Track performance and maintain consistent communication with ambassadors.Founding Tastemakers Club- Manage relationships with early influencers onboarded as verified creators. - Coordinate shoots, collaborations, and events with the Tastemakers community. - Ensure consistent content flow from tastemakers that aligns with the brand narrative.Qualifications·Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field.· 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing (agency or brand side).·Strong understanding of Instagram — especially Reels, trends, hooks, and retention.·Ability to shoot and edit high-quality videos independently.·Solid design sense and comfort using Canva or similar tools.·Comfortable being in front of the camera (voiceovers, cameos, skits, etc.).·Strong communication skills for captions, scripts, creator outreach, and community management.·Passion for food and dining — ideally someone who naturally tries 1–2 new places weekly.·Understanding of basic analytics and ability to extract insights from performance data.·Experience growing a social media page from scratch.·Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and take full ownership of projects.·Experience working with influencers, creators, or UGC campaigns is a plus.·Familiarity with Notion or other project management tools is helpful.Who You Are·You’re a self-starter with strong creative instincts.·You love experimenting and aren’t afraid to try new formats.·You take pride in producing polished, aesthetic work.·You’re excited about building Nomigo’s presence from 0 → 20k and beyond.·You want a role where your ideas directly impact growth — not a place where you just “execute tasks.”Why Join Nomigo?- Build something from the ground up.
