This role demands deep expertise in the fintech or banking industry with a strong focus on Lending products across B2B and enterprise segments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing go-to-market strategies, executing integrated campaigns, driving demand generation, and enabling sales through compelling product narratives and positioning.This leadership role requires a sharp understanding of lending ecosystems, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and executive leadership to ensure our Lending offerings are positioned effectively in global markets and deliver measurable business impact.Key Responsibilities- Lead marketing strategy and execution for the Lending product portfolio, aligned with business and revenue goals. - Develop differentiated messaging and positioning based on market insights and customer segmentation. - Create and implement global and regional go-to-market plans that resonate with target audiences. - Build and manage integrated marketing campaigns focused on brand positioning, customer acquisition, and engagement. - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine strategy and stay ahead of industry shifts. - Design and execute demand generation programs to drive high-quality leads across target segments. - Build marketing assets including brochures, use cases, pitch decks, and competitive battle cards. - Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to support deal acceleration through tailored content and messaging. - Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance using KPIs to ensure high ROI and effective lead conversion. - Drive content-led marketing initiatives such as whitepapers, blogs, reports, and media articles focused on Lending trends and insights. - Collaborate with analyst firms and industry associations to build credibility and enhance visibility. - Lead planning and execution of events, webinars, and roundtables to elevate brand presence. - Leverage digital channels, PR, and social media to amplify thought leadership and engagement. - Mentor and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and accountability. - Collaborate closely with product, sales, technology, and executive leadership to craft unified marketing strategies. - Manage agency relationships and marketing partners to scale execution and innovation.Required Skills & Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in product marketing within fintech or global banking, with a clear focus on Lending. - In-depth understanding of B2B marketing within lending ecosystems, including commercial, retail, or embedded finance. - Expertise in go-to-market strategy, demand generation, product positioning, and launch planning. - Experience working in global markets with knowledge of regional compliance, buyer behavior, and competitive positioning. - Marketing Execution & Demand Generation - Strong background in integrated campaign planning and execution across digital, content, and event channels. - Proficient in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc. - Adept at using data and insights to drive decision-making and campaign optimization. - Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives. - Self-driven, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and project management capabilities. - Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed, and outcome-driven environment. - Willingness to travel for business engagements, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.Educational QualificationsBachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
