As we grow, we’re looking for an experienced Brand & Social Media Strategist who’s eager to help scale the company, drive outreach, and grow with us.Position OverviewWe’re seeking a talented, results-driven Strategist with 3+ years of experience in running end-to-end social media campaigns and leading branding projects across industries. This role offers immense learning, leadership, and internal growth opportunities as you help shape String’s next phase.Responsibilities Content Strategy & Campaign Execution- Build monthly marketing plans across accounts — content calendars, optimisation, paid + organic strategies. - Manage and nurture strong client relationships. - Collaborate with designers to create visually compelling content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. - Ideate and supervise short-form video content & Reels. - Conduct social audits and stay updated on platform trends. - Ensure timely posting with relevant sounds and formats.Platform Expertise- Stay updated on new features across IG, FB, and LinkedIn. - Spot trends and strategic opportunities for better results. - Continuously optimise content using platform features and real-time behaviour.Content Writing- Craft compelling copy for posts, ads, and campaigns. - Adapt tone of voice across diverse brand identities.Branding- Define brand strategy: positioning, value proposition, tone, and visual identity. - Create actionable briefs and guide designers to bring the brand story to life. - Conduct brand audits and competitor studies to find whitespace. - Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across platforms. - Oversee logo, colour palette, typography, and overall visual identity development. - Lead brand launches or refreshes across online and offline touchpoints. - Track brand perception and refine strategy using audience insights.Analytics & KPIs- Monitor and report monthly performance across all social channels. - Track KPIs and optimise campaigns for measurable growth.Other Requirements- Mumbai-based; hybrid working model (including half-day Saturdays). - Proven experience handling 5–6 accounts simultaneously. - Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Excellent communication for client interactions and internal alignment. - A natural storyteller and problem-solver with a can-do attitude. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. - Interested in contributing to company outreach, client acquisition, and overall agency growth. - Ambitious, proactive, and excited about growing within the company.Salary RangeINR 4,00,000 – 4,80,000 Annual CTCIf you’re a creative, data-driven Strategist looking to grow fast, take ownership, and help scale a global-focused creative agency, we’d love to meet you.Apply now and join the String Digital family!
