As a Country Marketing Manager, you’ll be the local voice of our brand, helping us retain, grow, and gain customers through compelling content, commercial alignment, and digital marketing. You’ll work at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations, translating strategy into stories, and stories into commercial success. We’re looking for a Swiss Army knife of marketing: a creative storyteller, commercial thinker, and hands-on content creator. You’re always scanning for stories, ready to pull out your phone or camera to capture the moment. Whether it’s a frontline hero, a customer win, or a sector insight that deserves attention; and you know how to turn those into meaningful marketing. When you hear about a new prospect, your mind immediately goes to how we can engage them: which differentiators to spotlight, which case studies to share, and what thought leadership will resonate. You understand lighting, framing, and the authenticity that makes content connect.About the RoleContent & Campaign ExecutionWrite weekly social media posts, biweekly articles, monthly case studies, and quarterly campaign activations, in line with the OCS tone of voiceSupport key industry events and branded OCS customer eventsUpload and manage your own content in the CMS systemDigital Marketing SupportConduct keyword research and search analytics to support digital campaignsCollaborate with the regional digital team to ensure digital campaigns are locally relevantUnderstand basic AI tools and digital principles to enhance content creationCommercial Strategy AlignmentWork with the Commercial Director to align marketing with pipeline prioritiesSupport strategic bids and customer pursuits with tailored contentEnsure thought leadership reflects commercial and customer needsGo-to-Market & Sector StrategyParticipate in GTM workshops with sales and ops to define 2–3 priority sectorsCo-develop sector strategy one-pagers: value proposition, thought leadership themes, growth pathways, segmentation, and must-win customersBuild marketing plans that support sector growth, with guidance from the regional teamSales Enablement & InsightsCreate and localize presentations and pitch materials based on local insightsProvide in-country market intelligence and customer pain points to inform strategyTrack and report on content performance and engagementBrand & External EngagementRepresent the brand in local forums, associations, and chambers of commerceEnsure on-brand external positioning on LinkedInHelp position OCS as an employer of choice and industry leaderQualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environmentProven experience in content creation, campaign execution, and stakeholder engagementFamiliarity with digital marketing tools, CMS platforms, and basic SEO principlesExperience working with commercial teams and aligning marketing with business strategyExperience with Salesforce is a préRequired SkillsA natural storyteller with strong writing and visual instinctsCurious, proactive, and commercially awareComfortable working across teams and balancing multiple prioritiesDigitally fluent, with basic photography and AI skillsPassionate about purpose, people, and making marketing matterAble to spot a story in the moment, and capture it with your phone or cameraPreferred SkillsExperience in a similar role within a fast-paced environmentAdvanced knowledge of digital marketing strategies
