This role requires strong coordination, communication, and organisation skills to ensure smooth academic operations and efficient handling of student-related processes. Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for all student queries, concerns, and support needs. Manage student onboarding, orientation, documentation, attendance, and academic records. Coordinate daily communication with students through official channels (email, WhatsApp groups, platforms, etc.). Support academic teams in scheduling classes, managing timetables, and ensuring faculty requirements are met. Assist in organising workshops, events, guest sessions, and campus activities. Maintain a high standard of student experience through timely communication and on-ground support. Liaise with parents when required and ensure smooth flow of academic updates. Collaborate with admissions, academics, and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination across departments. Research and implement student engagement practices to improve the overall quality of campus life. Support in managing student feedback, escalations, and conflict resolution. Any additional tasks that contribute to enhancing student relations and academic operations. This is an immediate position. Proficiency in MS Office, email drafting, and basic documentation. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced academic environment. Problem-solving attitude and a student-first approach.
