The role entails planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include managing performance-driven advertising efforts, analyzing campaign results, and refining strategies for maximum ROI. Close collaboration with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging is an essential part of the role. The individual will also be responsible for budget management, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and leveraging data analytics for precise audience targeting and engagement.Qualifications Proven expertise in Performance Marketing, including experience with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media advertising tools Strong skills in Data Analysis, A/B Testing, Campaign Analytics, ROI tracking, and reporting Knowledge of Digital Marketing and SEO principles with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and keyword research platforms Experience in Marketing Strategy development, Campaign Budgeting, and execution of marketing plans Excellent Project Management, Communication, and Team Collaboration skills Background in E-commerce or Food & Beverage industry is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is preferred
