About the Role: We are looking forCustomer Support Executivesto support ourISJ UK Project . The primary responsibility of this role is to contact Indian clients and assist in thecollection of duty fee paymentsrelated to their international shipments. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to Indian clients regarding duty fee payments for shipments. Ensure timely follow-up and closure of payment cases. Maintain accurate call logs and update records in the system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth payment processing and client communication. Requirements: Good English communication skills (both verbal and written). Prior experience in voice process, customer service, or collection roles will be an advantage. Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and confidently. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office tools. Willingness to work from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
