This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and creative storytelling to strengthen brand equity and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategies across all lifecycle stages. Strengthen brand visibility and engagement through digital, influencer, and traditional marketing campaigns. Oversee SEO, PPC, SMO, ORM, and influencer marketing initiatives to maximize reach and ROI. Conduct market research to identify consumer insights, trends, and competitive opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to ensure consistent brand communication. Manage budgets, monitor campaign performance, and provide actionable insights for optimization. Lead PR initiatives, media relations, and promotional events to enhance brand reputation. Mentor and guide the marketing team to achieve strategic business objectives.Key Qualifications: Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of experience in brand management or digital marketing. Proven success in developing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Experience with marketing analytics tools and campaign management platforms. Exposure to the financial services industry is a plus.
