Social Media Management:Oversee content calendars, briefs, and approvals with external agencies; maintain a cohesive brand voice across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. PR & Influencer Coordination:Manage PR agencies and influencer partnerships end-to-end, from strategy and selection to execution and reporting, ensuring meaningful and authentic brand visibility. Campaign Oversight:Lead 360° brand campaigns, ensuring timely roll-out of creative assets, product launches, and storytelling moments. Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with design, retail, and marketing partners to integrate brand identity consistently across touchpoints - digital, in-store, and experiential. Performance Tracking:Monitor KPIs (engagement, impressions, ROI on influencer campaigns, PR coverage), analyze data, and refine strategies to drive brand growth.
