The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms to drive growth, engagement, and ROI.Key Responsibilities:● Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max).● Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance, including CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.● Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation.● Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve results.● Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall business goals.● Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid advertising.Requirements:● Proven experience managing Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns.● Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, analytics, and reporting.● Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and tag management.● Ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.● On-site presence in Mumbai is mandatory
