We have exciting opportunities for the role of Performance MarketingLocation: Mumbai - Andheri Interested candidate can share resume on saba.kazi@ with subject linePerformance Marketingand share below details.Current Salary Expectation Notice Period Education (Full Time / part Time)Role:Take ownership for planning, setup and execution of all paid acquisition for a segment Lead execution of campaigns across channels for SEM, Google - Search/ Display/ YouTube/ Discovery, Facebook, Instagram and other social channels to meet key performance metrics Explore vendor partnerships and new channels for paid acquisition to increase traffic and leads Lead budget allocation and planning of digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and sales growth for a segment Ideate, plan, execute and measure experiments for conversion growth with A/B testing for optimising user funnels Identify market trends and gather insights to utilise for manoeuvring the campaigns and driving performance Work on daily, weekly & monthly measurement and reporting for the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (return on investment and performance metrics) Benchmark funnel metrics, user journeys, and creatives against competitors Align with internal stakeholders on cross-functional key projects requiring acquisition marketing efforts Drive business impact with understanding of ROI delivered through the respective campaigns managedSkills: Min 5+ years of performance/digital marketing experience, including expertise on Google Search Ads, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube Marketing Bachelor's /Master's degree in engineering or business administration with a consistent track record in quantitative field Prior experience of working on B2B paid marketing campaigns Proven track record of helping scale up digital marketing in a start-up environment and/or relevant work experience in leading performance marketing agencies A start-up mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g.: Google Analytics, Similar Web, SEMRush) Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Excellent communication (verbal and written) skillsRegards, Saba
