LabelBlind® is solving a real business pain point through intelligent technology — and now we need a sharp Marketing Executive to tell this story to the world.Who We Are Looking ForA digitally fluent, data-smart, and content-strong Brand and Marketing Manager who can craft, run, and optimise B2B campaigns that convert. Someone who gets social media — especially LinkedIn — and can translate our value proposition into powerful brand narratives and compelling customer journeys.Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute LinkedIn-first B2B marketing campaigns targeting food marketing, R&D, and regulatory professionals - Write compelling content: product stories, customer spotlights, regulatory updates, and thought leadership posts - Work with the founders to shape messaging aligned with customer pain points - Analyse and optimise campaigns using performance metrics (CTR, CPL, engagement rates) - Design and manage social media calendars, email campaigns, landing pages, and marketing funnels - Coordinate with design and content partners to produce creative assets - Manage budgets with ROI accountabilityYou Should Have- 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B tech, SaaS, or compliance-heavy industries - Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a demand generation platform - Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills — with a flair for simplifying complex ideas - Familiarity with SEO - Conversant with design tools (Canva/Figma), and marketing automation platforms - Comfort with numbers: you know how to read a dashboard and optimise spend - Hunger to grow with a category-defining startup at the intersection of food, AI, and regulationWhy Join Us?- Work at the forefront of food-tech and AI compliance - Be part of a mission-driven company solving real problems for global food brands - Learn directly from founders and work with top-tier clients - Make measurable impact — on the company, your career, and the future of food safety
