Role: Senior Marketing Lead (B2B) Location: Mumbai CTC: Up to 30 LPA Experience: 5+ Years We are looking for a Senior Marketing Lead who can drive bold, outcome-oriented B2B marketing strategies that directly fuel business growth. This is a hands-on leadership role, working closely with founders to build and execute campaigns that generate real sales conversations — not just impressions. Responsibilities Own the end-to-end marketing calendar and run high-impact B2B campaigns that deliver qualified sales opportunities. Conceptualize and execute breakthrough marketing initiatives that challenge conventional thinking. Collaborate closely with the sales, product, and solutions teams to drive pipeline movement and revenue growth. Lead multi-channel execution across email, LinkedIn, events, and other relevant platforms with a clear focus on outcomes. Use AI tools and marketing platforms to create compelling, high-conversion marketing and sales assets. Build and lead a high-performing marketing team while staying hands-on in strategy and execution. Operate with a founder’s mindset — agile, resourceful, and results-driven. Make data-backed decisions and iterate quickly in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. Requirements MBA with 5+ years of strong B2B marketing experience, ideally in a high-growth or tech-first environment. Proven ability to create and execute marketing strategies that result in measurable business impact. Hands-on marketer who balances strategic thinking with tactical execution. Proficient in using modern marketing tools, automation platforms, and AI-based content solutions. Deep curiosity and interest in emerging technologies, especially in AI and Learning. Thrives in lean teams and fast-paced settings where experimentation and ownership matter. Strong communication and storytelling skills with a focus on clarity and impact over jargon.
