The individual will play a critical role in conceptualizing, designing, and presentingend-to-end digital marketing and martech solutionsto global clients. This is a senior client-facing role that requires a strong blend ofmarketing technology expertise, solution design, presales consulting, and stakeholder management skills.Key Responsibilities Lead thesolutioning and presales functionfor Digital Marketing and Martech engagements across global clients. Understand client business objectives and translate them intoscalable, innovative, and ROI-driven digital marketing solutions. Build solution frameworks across areas like: Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Marketing Automation, Campaign Management Personalization, Journey Orchestration, CRM & Loyalty, Digital Analytics SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, Performance Marketing. Partner with sales and account teams to create compellingRFP/RFI responses, proposals, and solution presentations. Engage with senior client stakeholders (CMOs, Digital Heads, CIOs) toposition eClerx’s digital marketing and martech capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (delivery, product, technology, analytics) to designcomprehensive GTM solutions. Stay ahead of industry trends indigital marketing, AI/ML in Martech, personalization, and data-driven marketing. Developthought leadershipcontent and represent eClerx in industry forums, events, and client discussions.Required Skills & Experience 15+ yearsof experience in Digital Marketing, Martech, or Marketing Consulting, with at least5+ years in solutioning/presales. Strong knowledge of leadingMartech platforms(Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Google Marketing Platform, HubSpot, etc.). Proven expertise insolutioning complex digital marketing ecosystemsfor large global enterprises. Deep understanding ofcustomer journey mapping, omnichannel engagement, personalization strategies, and campaign management. Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills to influence senior stakeholders. Experience inpre-sales consulting, deal solutioning, RFP/RFI response management, and client workshops. Strongbusiness acumen, consultative mindset, and ability to balance strategy with execution feasibility. Global exposure and prior client-facing experience acrossBFSI, Retail, CPG, Technology, or Telecomverticals preferred.
