Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a performance marketing specialist with a strong eye for detail, analytics, and patterns and a proven track record of delivering excellent results for budgets of all sizes, ranging from Rs 10,000 per month to Rs 10,00,000 per month. What would your core job responsibility be? ▶ End-to-end ownership of campaign management on major paid channels like Meta & Google ▶ Identify strategies to focus on various objectives for clients across industries. ▶ Reduce spending to improve product visibility, growth, and positioning ▶ Launch online campaigns through paid channels to increase brand awareness. ▶ Strong understanding of funnels and their associated metrics. ▶ Strong understanding of conversion copywriting & and pattern-interrupt ads. ▶ Create weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports ▶ Strong technical setup skills across channels, including but not limited to pixels, event creation, analytics tracking and more ▶ Learn & execute other mediums of marketing Who would be a good fit? ▶ Someone who is a problem solver, analytical, and has an eye for detail ▶ Someone with solid written & and verbal communication skills and comfortable interacting with multiple clients ▶ Someone who is organised, punctual and adheres to deadlines. ▶Somone with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in performance marketing ▶ Somone with minimum 1+ years of agency experience ▶ Someone willing to learn, explore and deploy various marketing initiatives. ▶ Someone who is street smart and knows how to get out of most tricky situations ▶ Someone with great comprehension skills and prompt responses Don't apply if any of these things describe you: ▶ You need spoonfeeding ▶ You're not driven ▶ You are not punctual ▶ You can't learn from your mistakes ▶ You are not keen on executing things and getting your hands dirty.
