Job Title: Social Media Manager Experience: 3 - 10 Years Location: Vashi (Mumbai) Type: Full-Time | General Shift Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in social media strategy, campaign management, and content creation within a digital marketing agency environment. This role demands a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and client communication expertise. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube. Plan and execute engaging social media campaigns aligned with brand goals. Create, adapt, and publish content tailored for different platforms. Conduct audience and competitor analysis to inform content and strategy decisions. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics , Facebook Insights , and Business Manager . Manage monthly and annual social media budgets and track billing, proposals, and reports with clients. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain brand consistency and achieve marketing objectives. Stay updated on the latest tools, trends, and platform features to enhance engagement. Optional but preferred: Hands-on knowledge of Photoshop , Illustrator , or Canva for creative inputs. Additional advantage if the candidate is already an influencer or maintains an active online presence. Key Requirements In-depth understanding of social media platforms, tools, and trends. Experience with social media analytics, scheduling, and paid ad management . Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Strong grasp of branding, marketing, and presentation concepts. Highly self-motivated , creative , and proactive individual with a passion for digital engagement.
