Manager – Influencer Marketing & Partnerships Job Description: We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Influencer Marketer to lead and scale our influencer marketing initiatives across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, and more. This role demands a strategic thinker who can manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, build strong creator relationships, and deliver data-backed performance insights. Key Responsibilities: Influencer Strategy & Selection : Identify, research, and vet potential influencers across platforms, aligning with brand goals and audience segments. Partnership Development & Negotiation : Lead influencer outreach, build partnerships, negotiate contracts, and finalize deliverables to ensure mutually beneficial collaborations. Campaign Execution & Management : Oversee and ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns—from onboarding to content delivery and post-campaign analysis. Relationship Management : Develop and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and creator networks to foster trust and loyalty. Performance Monitoring & Analytics : Track and monitor live campaigns, ensuring deliverables are met and performance metrics are in line with KPIs. Compile reports, engagement data, and campaign insights. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with creative, brand, and strategy teams to align influencer content with overall marketing objectives. Industry & Trend Analysis : Stay up to date with platform updates, creator trends, and emerging opportunities to keep campaigns fresh and culturally relevant. Reporting & Presentations : Prepare campaign reports, presentations, and case studies that showcase campaign impact and learnings. Qualifications & Requirements: 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing or digital partnerships, preferably in a fast-paced media or agency environment. Proven ability to lead influencer campaigns from ideation to execution. Strong negotiation skills and experience in influencer contract management. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of influencer marketing metrics and tools. Passionate about content, social platforms, and digital culture.
