Performance Marketing Manager

LocationMumbai - AndheriAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience in digital acquisition to scale our fintech app. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Google App Campaigns (UAC), Meta Ads and proven success in driving high-quality installs, optimizing post-install events, and maximizing ROI in a regulated fintech environment.Key Responsibilities- Own and optimize Google App Campaigns (UAC) to drive installs, sign-ups, and in-app transactions. - Define, track, and optimize performance metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention). - Manage and allocate budgets across channels to deliver efficient growth at scale. - Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to build creatives, test messaging, and optimize user funnels. - Run A/B and multivariate tests across targeting, bidding strategies, and creatives. - Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting through Firebase, GA4, and Mobile Measurement Partners (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch). - Stay updated with Google Ads best practices and fintech-specific advertising regulations. - Deliver actionable insights and present performance reports to leadership.Requirements- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing/user acquisition. - Proven track record of managing Google App Campaigns (UAC), Facebook Campaigns at scale. - Strong understanding of fintech customer journeys (investments, loans, broking, etc.). - Proficiency with Firebase, GA4, AppsFlyer/Adjust/Branch. - Strong analytical skills; data-driven approach to decision-making. - Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Nice-to-Haves- Experience with Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, or programmatic channels. - Exposure to retention/lifecycle marketing (push, email, in-app). - Prior experience in startups or high-growth fintech apps.What We Offer- Opportunity to drive growth in a fast-scaling fintech app. - Collaborative work culture with product, analytics, and creative teams. - Competitive salary + performance-linked incentives. - Learning and career development opportunities.
