If you're ready to bring fun, innovation, and strategy to every brand touchpoint, you’ll fit right in!&: Mumbai (Vikhroli) • Monday–Friday • 9:30 AM–7:30 PM (A personal fully functional laptop is a must have)• Craft & execute brand strategy across offline & digital channels. • Own GTM strategies for product launches, campaigns & seasonal activations. • Lead market research, competitor analysis & consumer insights to sharpen our edge. • Write insight-driven creative briefs that ignite standout campaigns. •Manage brand shoots: ideation → storyboarding → production → post-delivery. • Oversee daily creative output—web, POS, packaging, performance assets. • Execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with internal teams & agencies. • Optimize CRM, email, SMS, WhatsApp & loyalty programs for retention and engagement. • Track metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, engagement); refine creatives to boost ROI. • Plan and manage brand marketing budget—smart, efficient, impactful. • Ensure seamless and timely delivery of all brand initiatives.: 1. 6–7 years in brand management (both mainstream and digital). 2. Proven success with mid-to-large-scale brand campaigns & digital-first strategies. 3.Strong shoot and creative execution portfolio (print & digital video). 4. Hands-on experience with GTM strategies, performance marketing & retention tools. 5. Superb communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. 6.
