This is a leadership role that combines creative thinking with performance marketing, responsible for driving growth across all channels – website, marketplaces, and quick commerce.As the face of our marketing function, you'll guide a team of channel owners, shape our brand voice, conceptualize high-impact campaigns, and ensure consistent execution to meet business goals. If you're a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for building customer-centric brands, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & Leadership• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business growth goals • Lead and mentor a team managing performance across digital channels • Ensure synergy and consistency across brand communication and customer touchpointsSales & Promotions Planning• Own the offers and promotions calendar across all platforms • Collaborate with finance and ops on pricing, margins, and inventory alignment • Optimize marketing spends for maximum ROISocial Media & Content Marketing• Oversee social media strategy and content direction • Drive brand storytelling, influencer partnerships, and UGC initiatives • Monitor engagement metrics and continuously optimize performanceCampaigns & Brand Initiatives• Plan and execute seasonal, festive, and topical campaigns (digital, influencer, offline, PR) • Measure campaign performance and its impact on brand and salesEvents, Collaborations & Merchandise• Lead brand activations, events, and offline community initiatives • Drive creator and brand collaborations, along with merchandising strategiesAnalytics & Insights• Track KPIs like CAC, LTV, retention, and channel-wise ROI • Build dashboards and deliver weekly performance reviews to leadership • Drive decision-making through data and market insightsWhat We're Looking For:✔ Proven experience in Marketing Strategy, Digital & Content Marketing ✔ Strong expertise in Brand Management and Social Media ✔ Data-driven mindset with skills in Market Research & Analysis ✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities ✔ Proficiency with marketing tools and performance analytics ✔ Prior experience in D2C, retail, or e-commerce is a strong plus ✔ Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldIf you're excited to take ownership of a high-impact marketing function and build a bold, consumer-loved brand — apply now or reach out directly!
